The code which is used in this web site complies with HTML 4.0 standards, which means that all reasonably modern browsers should have no difficulty with it. It is best viewed in 1024 x 768 pixel resolution: that is, standard full screen SVGA. It makes extensive use of Javascript, and if you do encounter technical difficulties, please ensure that your browser is up to date and also that Javascript has not been switched off. We do not provide advertising space and the site is free of pop-ups, sound, SilverLight and Flash.

The site is arranged in what are, in effect, chapter headings, under which lie a large range of documents. Each document is free standing and can be printed in the normal way. All documents have 'go back' buttons at the head, which usually take you back to the chapter heading. Some pages have two additional options: "next" and "last". The chapter headings contain up to thirty documents each, and these menu items take you up and down the list of these, as shown in the chapter heading index. A free standing page, such as this one, is not part of such a sequence and therefore does not have these options available. You will always find the dark blue menu at the left of the page, and this allows you to jump between chapter headings, and of course revert to the home page.

The 'About' section gives more detail on the Challenge Network and its offers. You can find this in the main, dark blue menu. You can contact us through the same menu, or here.

If you want assistance with any of the topics which this web site raises, we shall be happy to help for a fee. Details of our standard packages are available under the "About" section of the menu. We have a wide range of pre-prepared presentations, and these are extremely popular as way to start strategy meetings, away days and the like. We regret that we do not undertake unpaid consultancy which - for those writing school papers - includes comments on or help with these.

Privacy

Professionalism in consulting places privacy high on the list of virtues: we never disclose details of clients, we never disclose non-client communications or details and where we post papers that we have been sent, we always ask whether the writer wishes their details to be published or not and respect the answer to this. Visitors to this site are not tracked in any way - except for purposes of standard statistics: how many people have looked at which page, and so on - and we do not try to put cookies on your browser.
